Customization & Alterations
Following closing, your dedicated contact can assist with alteration requests, vendor coordination, and required documentation including permits and HOA approvals. Prior projects have included custom closet systems, window treatments, AV integration, and lighting controls.
Ongoing Maintenance & Home Care
Every six months, your dedicated contact conducts a walkthrough to identify surface wear and coordinate any needed touch-ups. Appliance warranties and service history are tracked, and preventative maintenance checks are conducted twice a year to stay ahead of issues before they arise.
Personalized Service
Membership includes a dedicated point of contact paired specifically to your residence. Whether preparing your home ahead of arrival or conducting home care visits while you are away, your contact keeps everything coordinated so you don't have to. Membership includes up to four visits per year for each service. Additional visits can be arranged at an hourly rate upon owner request.
